Description of Admiral Hotel:
More than 200 years have passed since the foundation stone was laid for what is now one of Copenhagen’s most exciting hotels. For centuries, this marvellous – now listed – building has witnessed important historical events. Indeed, time and the hotel’s maritime history have been instrumental in creating a unique atmosphere that attracts guests from all over the world.
The rooms are fully equipped with all the facilities you would expect from a modern hotel. The history and age of the building shows, however, in the well kept timber construction of solid beams of Pomeranian pine which can be seen in all parts of the hotel. And if you add to this a great restaurant, a night club and all the other facilities which you expect from a first class hotel, you can be sure that your stay in Copenhagen will be a perfect one if you choose to stay at the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel.

Our banquet facilities have also undergone extensive refurbishment. Our new rooms combine the best of modern facilities, Danish design and comfort with a rustic, maritime atmosphere replete with exposed wood structures. The Trip Trap company has especially designed our new furniture, custom-made in solid teak to match our beautiful rooms and enhance the sense of quality and comfort. We can now host 380 dining guests and up to 700 for reception guests. Each event gives the participants a special experience, and only imagination sets the limit in a house like our’s.
