Copenhagen Island has at its disposal 9 exclusive, innovative and unique conference rooms of different sizes with auditorium space for up to 80 people. All of the conference rooms have air conditioning, are exposted to daylight and feature the latest technical equipment. Many of these rooms have a fantastic view of Copenhagen’s harbour.

Cancellation and Hotel Policies:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay direct to the hotel upon departure. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking.
There is no charge if cancellations are made two (2) days prior arrival: Cancellations made late or no-shows will be charged a late cancellation / no-show fee.
Please note that on special dates with fairs and exhibitions the cancellation policy may vary.
Breakfast is extra at this hotel, DKK 135 per person per day(2008).
