Welcome to the Best Western Hotel City - a 3 star designer inspired hotel, located in the centre of Copenhagen. Just a few places of interest close by are The Royal Theatre,
Amalienborg Castle and The Opera House. The beautiful and modern lobby has been created by the architect Nils Fagerholt, introducing wonderful use of lighting, colours and structure
- making your stay a memorable and pleasurable one. Also at the hotel is a Bar, Cafe and a Breakfast Restaurant. A classy and bright Conference Room is available for hire.
It can seat up to 20 people in a boardroom style and is available with half or full day meeting packages, or the room can be hired alone. There are 81 Scandinavian designed rooms, with 56 of them being Non-Smoking
and a choice of Standard or Superior Graded Rooms.
This hotel is currently renovating 44 standard rooms. They will take one floor at a time so there will be little inconvenience to the guests. Due to be complete mid April 08.
Rooms:
All rooms are decorated in warm red colours and are tastefully furnished. Each floor has an Iron and Ironing Board supplied, while the Tea and Coffee machine can be borrowed from the front desk.
Other amenities within the room are: En Suite facilities, Hairdryer, Trouser Press, Free Wireless Internet, Telephone, Television, ( with Cable TV ), Desk and Chair and an Extra Pillow. Superior Rooms
have the possibility of an extra bed and guests with these rooms are entitled to free tea and coffee at the hotel Bar.

Facilities:
Among the comfy and sleek chairs, the Lobby features a tranquil water feature. Not so far, is the Bar, Breakfast Restaurant and 2 computers with Free Internet Access that guests can use. The hotel does not have it's
own Car Park, however, there is street parking nearby. The Conference Room for up to 20 persons has an LCD Projector, Free Internet Access and Standard AV equipment for hire. The Best Western Hotel City also works closely with the Terence Conran / Custom House Restaurant,
so that delegates can dine here with an extra small fee. It is only 75 meters from the hotel and serves Italian, Danish and Japanese Cuisine. Meeting packages include: Danish Pastries, Tea, Coffee, Water, lunch and cake.

Cancellation and Hotel Policies:
Cancellations are to made 24 hours prior to arrival, to avoid charge. Check in time is after 14:00 hours and check out is before midday.
