Facilities:
At the breakfast restaurant, guests can feast on a Traditional Breakfast or the Organic Breakfast Buffet. For lunch and dinner there is the 'Bistroen KBH', serving French Cuisine, with Scandinavian flavours and has a wide range of wines.
Foods to be enjoyed here for lunch, include: Ceasar Salad with grilled chicken breast, toast and parmasan, the bistro burger deluxe, with wholegrain bun, cheddar cheese, tomato relish, homemade french fries and a mild garlic mayonnaise, chocolate mousse with orange cream.
Dinner has dishes such as: vegetarian lasagne with squash, tomato, eggplant and goats cheese, oven baked salmon with green beans, spinach, herb mash potato and hollandaise sauce and apple pie with homemade cinnamon ice cream.
The hotel also offers Dry Cleaning Services, Laundry Services, Room Service and a Lift in the Lobby. Faxing and Photocopying can be done at the 24 Hour Reception Desk and there is a PC for use in the salon. There is no direct parking at the hotel, however, there are two parking lots nearby - one 2 minutes by foot, the other 5 minutes.

The Hotel Alexandra Copenhagen is located on the H C Andersens Boulevard - with Central Station, Stroget, Tivoli and Town Hall Square all just a short walk from the hotel. The metro and
train stations are just 300m walking distance from the hotel, whereas the bus stop is just 50m walking distance away.
Cancellation and Hotel Policies:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay direct to the hotel upon departure. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking.
There is no charge if cancellations are made (1) day prior arrival: Cancellations made late or no-shows will be charged one (1) night cancellation / no-show fee.
Please note that on special dates with fairs and exhibitions the cancellation policy may vary. Check in is after 14:00 hours and check out is before midday.
